Lemon Cake Protein Bites

These protein bites are one of my most popular recipes for good reason! They truly taste like lemon cake, but have protein in every bite. I make them often for my husband & I, but also for new moms as an easy breastfeeding snack!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Just Ingredients Lemon Swish protein powder (use code: Audrey)
• 1 cup organic oat flour
• 1/2 cup almond butter
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup pure lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Lily’s White Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 lemon to zest

Directions:
1. Add protein powder, oat flour, almond butter, maple syrup & lemon juice to bowl and stir together until it forms a dough
2. Create balls & place in freezer for 30 min-1 hour
3. Melt white chocolate & coconut oil together & drizzle
on top
4. Zest with lemon to your liking 🍋🤌🏼
5. Store in fridge or freezer (depending on how firm you like them)!
